SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Tsunami

Since the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and its promotion as the next-generation intelligent ERP by SAP SE many companies are trying to find out whether it is applicable for them, what are business cases, which benefits and pitfalls have to be considered.

Some pioneer companies have already made first experiences with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and reported advantages for their business such as:
– alignment of their core processes with industry best practices through a fit-to-standard model,
– speed to value through accelerated deployment, regular upgrades and ease of use,
– leveraging new capabilities and the latest technologies delivered through regular upgrades,
– rapid innovation at the lowest TCO,
– easy on demand scalability for companies with fast growth.

In this session we will learn from the experience made by Deloitte while implementing SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and providing application services for Cloud solutions.

Agile SAP project delivery: Why to adopt, How to apply, and What to expect

Since SAP S/4 HANA introduction to the market SAP considers „Agile“ as a default way of running SAP projects. The motivation for it was the changed expectation of SAP customers from longterm implementation of highly customized solutions to flexibility, faster time to market and innovation.

However a transformation from Waterfall to Agile holds multiple challenges which often lead to misconceptions about „Agile“ and hinder its successful adoption. Such as hierarchical function-oriented organizational structures, old-school command&control management, the fear of change, no common understanding of what „Agile“ actually is.

SAP Fiori and the New Era of SAP User Experience

SAP S/4 HANA Learning Session
